Shipping Policies

Widener University - School of Law Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Return

1. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WITHOUT ORIGINAL STORE RECEIPT!

2. Time limit - within 10 days from the start of class (1 week for accelerated and summer classes). Books purchased after the last day for returns may be returned within 3 days.

3. New books must be returned unmarked and in original condition. If wrapped, must be unopened. All price stickers and labels must be on new and used books. There will be a $1.00 charge to replace labels.

4. Defects in tapes or diskettes when purchased with new books, must be reported within the refund period.

5. Special order and customized course materials may be non-returnable. Verify at time of purchase.

6. Non-text merchandise in new condition, with tags, may be returned/exchanged within 10 days. You must have your receipt. Software and multimedia products are returnable in their original unopened packaging only.
